Is it possible for the color of the product to differ from the one in the photo and in reality?
The photos that present the products represent their colors most accurately. 24 DELUXE is not responsible for inaccurate color reproduction due to individual settings and technical parameters of the computer systems used to access the store. A deviation of 1-2 tones of color is permissible due to different batches produced.
What is the origin of the products offered in the 24 DELUXE online store?
Products offered on the site are manufactured in Europe and in countries outside EUROPE (Turkey, China and others), from high-class quality fabrics and cuts.
Orders and custom changes
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you are not required to register. If you decide to do so, you will shop more conveniently, you will be able to track the status of your orders, as well as receive information about our most current offers and promotions.
What are the ways I can place an order?
You can place an order on our website, by phone, by email, or on Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Message.
What information do I need to place an order by phone or on Facebook, Messenger and Instagram Direct Message?
To place an order without registration, you will need: first and last name, exact delivery address, contact phone number and e-mail. Of course, do not forget to note the name and size of the product you have chosen.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once you have sent your request, it is automatically accepted. This is why changes to the order are not desirable. If a correction is still necessary, be sure to contact us no later than 3 hours after sending the request.
Can I cancel an order I have placed?
In case you need to cancel an order for good reason, please use the contact form provided for this purpose ("Order Information" on the Contacts page). A 24deluxe.eu representative will contact you after receiving the completed form. Please do not order goods that you do not want to purchase!!!

What are the delivery times?
The standard delivery time is one to two business days. You may receive a call to confirm your order or you will receive information on the email you left that the order has been shipped.
Which courier company is used for delivery?
Online store 24deluxe.eu uses the courier services of the company "Speedy".
Return and exchange
Can I exchange a purchased product?
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can exchange or return it within 14 days, the only condition being that the purchase is not damaged and does not have any foreign odors. For more information, read the Return and Exchange terms.
What is needed to make a claim?
You need to download the exchange form located on the Returns and Exchanges page. The completed form and the purchased product must be sent back by courier to the 24 DELUXE office with the address: Sofia 1680, Strelbishte district, 106 Nishava Str.
Who is responsible for the courier costs when returning or replacing a purchased product?
In cases where the 24 DELUXE online store is not at fault for a complaint, the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
How is the refund of the amount paid for a returned product made?
Refunds of paid amounts are made only by bank transfer.
