1. Delivery within Bulgaria

24 DELUXE delivers all orders via DPD courier services.

2. Delivery within the European Union

All EU orders are shipped via DPD international courier services.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Orders shipped from Bulgaria to EU countries are available only with prepaid card payment.

All returns from EU countries are processed to the official 24 DELUXE return address in Bulgaria.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, as well as during weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next working day.

Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are usually shipped the same day.
In exceptional cases, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

24 DELUXE does not offer free shipping.

5. Uncollected or Refused Shipments

In case of an uncollected or refused shipment without exercising the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, 24 DELUXE reserves the right to deduct the incurred shipping and return costs from any refund.

In cases of repeated uncollected shipments, 24 DELUXE reserves the right to:

• Require prepayment for future orders

• Restrict the availability of certain payment methods
