TERMS AND CONDITIONS

for Use and Distance Sales through the Online Store 24 DELUXE

2. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms comply with:

  • Directive 2011/83/EU

  • Directive (EU) 2019/2161

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

  • Applicable Bulgarian and EU consumer law

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. CONTRACT FORMATION

A contract is concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation email.

The Seller may refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Incorrect customer information

4. PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT

All prices are in EUR (Euro) and include VAT where applicable.

VAT is applied according to EU OSS rules where required.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery

  • Credit/Debit Card

5. DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time:

  • Bulgaria: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–10 business days

Risk transfers upon receipt of goods.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days.

Returned goods must be:

  • Unworn

  • With original tags

  • In original condition

Items showing excessive wear, event use, washing, stains or removed tags may be refused or subject to deduction for diminished value.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer upon provision of bank details.

7. EXCEPTIONS

No withdrawal right applies to:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Customized products

  • Hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed

8. LEGAL GUARANTEE

EU consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee.

9. ABUSE POLICY

The Seller reserves the right to restrict orders in cases of systematic abuse or excessive returns.
